What Fernweh is

Fernweh generates AI-assisted travel itineraries — day plans, cost estimates, and destination information. Costs, hotel names, and other details are estimates based on AI generation and live research; they are not guaranteed prices or availability. Always verify bookings, prices, visa requirements, and travel advisories directly with the relevant airline, hotel, embassy, or official source before you travel.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email if you create an account.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits on the service.
• Don't scrape or systematically extract data from the service.
• Don't submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content via feedback or itineraries.

No warranty / limitation of liability

Fernweh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for travel decisions made based on AI-generated content, including inaccurate costs, closed venues, or visa/entry requirement changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Fernweh is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
